At least 27 people have now contracted E. coli poisoning following a livestock show in Denver last month.
Health officials there are expected to release a report later this week on their investigation into this outbreak of cases, and still have not positively identified a source.
According to The Denver Post, seven cases were discovered last week. Of the 27 victims so far, at least 16 are children who attended that one event.
This lead in the investigation is pointing investigators in the direction of the National Western Stock Show, held in Denver. Officials did not say the outbreak should be considered contained, and have released no final report.
