Following an E. coli outbreak which has sickened at least 35 people in Michigan and Ohio is fueling a recall by Kroger food stores.
The food retail giant said it is recalling all ground beef products with Sell-By dates between May 21 and June 8.
The Department of Agriculture announced Kroger believes any or all of its ground beef could be contaminated.
At least 14 people in those two states have been hospitalized as a result of their contraction of E. coli bacteria.
Kroger officials say there is no questionable product available in its stores now.
Customers of the store should check their freezers for ground beef they could have purchased and stored for later use for the Sell-By dates in question.
