Bangladeshi Fish Recalled due to Possible Salmonella Contamination

Asia Cash & Carry Inc. of Maspeth, New York, is recalling 17 cases of Crown Farms brand “Gulsha” Frozen Fish in 500 g packages.

The fish may be contaminated with salmonella.

Crown Farms brand “Gulsha” Fish was distributed to retail stores in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Michigan and Virginia.

The “Gulsha” fish is freshwater fish imported from Bangladesh.

No illnesses have been reported to date.
