Soft Mexican Cheeses Recalled Due to Listeria Contamination

Reading, Michigan-based Torres Hillsdale Country Cheese have announced the recall of all lots of various types of soft Mexican-style cheeses.

The cheese recall is due to potential Listeria contamination. The recall encompasses all expiration dates.

The products were distributed to retails stores and delis in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio and Wisconsin.

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the recalled products.
