Knouse Recalls Apple Sauce Due to Glass Jar Problems

Peach Glen, Pennsylvania-based Knouse Foods, Inc. have announced a voluntary recall of their 23.5 and 25 oz glass jars of apple sauce.

There have been reports of imperfections on the outer rim of the glass jars which may chip when the lid is removed on jars.

Knouse has identified and isolated the facility at which the glass jars were manufactured and is working with the supplier.
